I noticed that pencils aren't as waxy as crayons, for example. I used Prismacolor coloured pencils and Prismacolor markers, so they blended well.

right. there's just this dude at my school who usus exclusively colored pencil, and he uses them thick and they are super waxy (prismaclor pencils they are btw)

true, not as waxy as crayons.

prismacolour is really a great brand.
